M.I.R.R.O.R.S Intensive Program

Service Description

Shadow work is the foundation of your spiritual journey. Your level of connection with the Divine is dependent on the level of connection with yourself as we all are derived from divine source energy. The intention of M.I.R.R.O.R.S coaching program is to transform your life-satisfaction through intentional self-reflection. I will assist you in addressing obstacles in personal narratives, behaviors, trauma responses and relationships to bring insight and understanding of self. You will learn the tools to effectively deconstruct yourself and gain the ability to reinvent yourself to live in divine alignment. M.I.R.R.O.R.S is an acronym that stands for Meditate, Imitate, Recognize, Reconcile, Obey Resurrect and Submit. Each week we will dissect 1-2 letters to deconstruct self limiting beliefs, narratives and behaviors and root you in new spiritual practices and personal narratives. During this session we will: +Address main concerns as it relates to mental and emotional barriers +Intuitive insight on the root of mental and emotional barriers + Discuss current spiritual practices and beliefs, morals and values +Guided meditation to encourage flow of emotions through the body +Provide tools to continue to release stagnant energy/ trauma in the body +Provide journal prompts and spiritual practices for client to perform consistently for overall wellness.
